The Total Care program begins with a scheduled facility walk-through by a trained Mascot facility specialist. This walk-through, covered by a low, pre-set fee, includes a comprehensive assessment of your facility, which will alert you to current or future maintenance and repair issues.  Based on the walk-through, you’ll receive preferred program pricing for any anticipated services or repairs you might need, now or in the future.

Get just what you need
You decide the frequency and timing of facility walk-throughs, and pay only the established pre-set fee for each visit.  For any additional services and repairs needed, you receive preferred pricing from your Total Care® pricing menu. These services are professionally and reliably self-performed by our uniformed service technicians and affiliates.
